I’ve explored fitness in many ways, including running half marathons, competing in a bodybuilding competition, and embracing holistic healing, after previously navigating my own weight loss journey.
Outside of training, I enjoy living an active lifestyle and exploring new ways to challenge myself physically and mentally. My approach focuses on strength, movement, and overall wellness, helping clients feel confident whilst on their health and fitness journey.
I’m here to educate and empower clients of all ages and abilities to reconnect with their bodies, achieve results, and fall in love with fitness, just as I did.
