Hi, I’m Chris, a Health and Fitness Coach with a lifelong passion for sport and strength training!
I started training at a young age and have over 18 years of experience with competitive sports and resistance training, including field hockey, gymnastics, and powerlifting. I also plan on competing in bodybuilding sometime in the near future.
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, from those undergoing physical rehabilitation, rebuilding strength, to athletes training for competitions. However, my main passions lie in supporting clients with general fitness and body composition goals.
I promote creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can build confidence, explore movement, and achieve their personal goals. Outside of training, I’m an avid photographer and love learning and growing myself as a fitness professional.
I take a holistic approach to training, focusing on movement, strength, and lifestyle, to help clients achieve lasting results and feel their best both inside and outside the gym.
