I’m a bubbly and positive Health and Fitness Coach who loves helping people build confidence and enjoy fitness in a way that suits them.
Before stepping into the fitness world, I worked for many years as a beauty therapist, helping people feel empowered and confident, which is something I continue to bring to every session with my clients.
Having been on my own weight loss journey, I understand the challenges it can bring. I love supporting clients through their fitness and health goals, celebrating progress, and helping them feel strong and capable along the way. I particularly enjoy working with women over 40, elderly clients, and those in the NDIS community.
My own fitness journey has evolved; like many, it began focusing mostly on cardio to now embracing a wide range of activities, including strength training, HIIT, mobility work, hiking, running, and boxing.
I aim to use my knowledge and experience to help others build strength, create healthy habits, and find joy in the process.
